Last week I got together with one of my favourite partners in crime, Darby Mcgill , for a fun day of creative styling and photography. After a morning visit to the local flower shop and some Spring inspiration - driven by recent mellow temperatures and thawing icicles - I threw together this sweet little eclectic table setting. I know it's not much, but sometimes simple is best, and subtle is just enough.

Details: Modern calligraphy place cards, Sunna Studios custom pottery, rustic table, Purebread lemon chèvre brownie (that my hungry hippo husband happily devoured following the shoot), deep purples with dramatic pops of mustard yellow (complimentary colours on the big wheel), and fresh blooms from Senka Florist
