This package offers the ongoing assistance and expertise of our professional team of wedding planners & stylists. We’ll ensure you’re not missing any major details, introduce you to our trusted local vendors, and keep you on track with scheduled progress meetings!

Before the big day: PLANNING

  • Immediate access to your custom ‘Blue Violet Events Planning Portfolio’ to keep your planning organized, efficient, and on time throughout the planning process (get started upon booking)

  • Three Strategic Planning sessions (60-90 minutes) to discuss logistics & scheduling, ie. introduce you to our favourite vendors, create your “wedding weekend” schedule of events, plan shuttle schedules, compare photography styles, review your working timeline, manage your budget, etc.

  • Scheduled ‘Takeover’ consultation 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day to hand everything over to our team (congrats, you’re off the hook!) We become the key contact for all vendors, bringing final details together in the weeks leading up to your celebration!

  • Construction of your 'Final Wedding Timeline' to be distributed to all key vendors 10-14 days before the wedding day

  • Final review of vendor quotes and contracts, etc.

  • On site rehearsal and site visit to review your floor plan, guest flow, decor set-up, and ceremony cues

  • Preferred Partner list and local vendor discounts where applicable (i.e. rentals, photo booth, etc.)

  • 10% off Blue Violet Event’s in-house styling services

On the big day: EVENT COORDINATION (16 hours) 

  • Your planners will arrive on site 5 hours before you walk down the aisle to oversee the floor plan, set up decor items, place signage, and create the ultimate setting for your big day

  • Key contact for all vendors & venue, ensuring everyone is kept on perfect schedule - we are the eyes and the ears so you don’t need to be!

  • Inspection & confirmation of venue layout and decor set-up as per your styling plan

  • Facilitation of wedding processional and recessional - we’ll cue the music and fluff your dress!

  • Ensure place cards, place settings, escort cards, wedding favours, guest book, chairs and custom details are all perfectly oriented for the dinner reception

  • Wedding emergency aversion kit on hand at all times

  • 1 principal planner on site for 10 hours + 1 assistant on site for 6 hours for a total of 16 hours of on-site coordination
