Before the big day:
Planning
- Get immediate access upon booking to your 'Blue Violet Events Planning Portfolio' to keep your planning organized, efficient and on time throughout the planning process
- Three strategic planning sessions (60 minutes each) to discuss logistics & scheduling, i.e. introduce you to our favourite vendors, create your floor plan, create your morning schedule, compare photography styles, review your working timeline–this is 3 hours of golden time with your planners! Can be divided into email and phone communication to fit your day to day life.
- Scheduled 'takeover' consultation 4 weeks prior to your wedding day to hand everything over (Don't worry! We do this for a living, you can trust us!
- Phone confirmations to review the final wedding day schedule & execution plan with 5 key vendors
- Wedding rehearsal (1 hour)
- Review and distribution of your 'final wedding timeline' to all key vendors 7-10 days before your wedding day
On the big day:
Event Coordination (10 hours)
- Your planners will arrive on site 3 hours before you walk down the aisle to set up your decor and make sure everything is perfectly in place before the first guest arrives
- Facilitation of wedding processional and recessional - we’ll cue the music and fluff your dress!
- Liaison for all vendors and key contact for the venue - making sure everyone is kept on perfect schedule from champagne toast to speeches, we don’t let anyone miss a beat
- On site from before you say ‘I do’ until you hit the dance floor for your first dance as man & wife!
- Wedding emergency aversion kit on hand at all times
- 1 principal planner (10 hours)
Investment: $3500 + GST
